How this store works

Most people in Malaysia buy game accounts in a Facebook group or a Telegram chat. You transfer first, then hope. Sometimes the account arrives. Sometimes it arrives and gets recovered a week later. Sometimes the seller disappears.

VEXA GAMES exists because that trade doesn't need to work that way. Same accounts, same prices — but with stock you can see before you pay, delivery that doesn't depend on someone being awake, and a business with a registration number attached to it.

What we actually do

We buy starter accounts in bulk from suppliers, check them, and hold them as our own inventory. When you buy one, it is ours to sell — there is no third party on the other end of the transaction and no waiting for another person to respond.

The stock counts on this site are live. When a card says "3 left", there are three accounts sitting in the database, and buying one takes it to two in front of everyone else looking at that page. We can't oversell because the account is locked to your order the moment you press checkout.

What we won't do

• We won't email you a password. Credentials only ever appear inside your account on this site, and only for you.
• We won't pretend the risk isn't there. Publishers licence accounts rather than sell them, and any account can be suspended. We say that on the product page, not in the small print.
• We won't keep your data longer than we need it. The stored login details are deleted 30 days after purchase — if we don't hold them, nobody can take them from us.

If something breaks

Accounts do occasionally fail — usually because the original owner recovers them. That's the failure mode this whole category has, so we plan for it instead of arguing about it: if an account dies inside its warranty window, you get a replacement from stock, typically the same day.

We also track which supplier every account came from. When a supplier's accounts start getting recovered, we stop buying from them. That's the part you never see, and it's the part that keeps the replacement rate low.
